Working together on your project
Every project is unique in the same way our customers are. Based on our extensive experience, and to make sure the installation of your fire sprinkler system installation is as seamless as possible, we’ve broken the process down into stages. We can’t do the project without you and each stage requires your involvement. Here we briefly outline how we would expect a project to run…
Step 1
- Complete and return your Order Form
- Contact us to discuss lead times
- Send us your final CAD drawings
- Provide information about your water supply
Step 2
- We’ll send you our design for your sprinkler system
- Approve the design or contact us if there are changes
- Contact your Project Planner to arrange an installation date
Step 3
- Your Project Planner will email asking you to confirm the installation date
- Reply to the email confirming your site will be ready for installation
- We’ll confirm your booking
Step 4
- The 1st Fix (or whole installation) is now complete
- When you’re ready for the next phase
- Contact your Project Planner to arrange a commissioning date
Step 5
- We will email asking to confirm the commissioning date
- Reply and we’ll confirm your booking
- Almost there!
Step 6
- Your sprinkler system is fully commissioned
- We’ll issue your Certificate of Conformity, operating instructions and maintenance information
- Complete peace of mind
