Notice to all our Valued Service Customers

Due to the advice of the UK government, we have taken the decision to suspend all planned service work for the foreseeable future. We have to consider both the health, safety and welfare of you and of our colleagues. Therefore, as of close of business on Friday 27th March we will be unable to carry out routine service appointments.

We will be in touch as soon as we are able to reschedule your appointment.

Your Questions

I have an appointment booked after 27th March, what happens?
Your appointment is postponed, and we will be rebooking work once we are advised by the government that it is safe to do so.

I have a leak or a sprinkler activation, what do I do?
In the first instance, call the main office number 0115 408 220, so we can take details and assist you. Under such extreme circumstances we will make every effort to send out an engineer and every precaution will be taken to ensure that you and our engineers safety is paramount.

What happens to my Service Contract?
You will stay in your Service Contract and your warranty remains unaffected (where applicable).

Can I cancel my Service Contract?
Any customer who wishes to cancel can do so. Please be aware by cancelling your servicing contract you will lose any warranties (where applicable). Please notify us by email – [email protected]
