As the head of the family run business it’s great to have a team working to support our desires to be the best in the business.
Having a large, motivated team to run the mainstream business gives me the time to be creative – to develop new ideas, work with Fire and Rescue services to develop new ways to provide higher levels of safety in buildings, especially houses and care homes. Consequently, we lead the way in the industry with innovation and technological advances that are unrivalled not just here in the UK but worldwide.
