I do pretty much what it says on the tin! My primary function at Nationwide Fire Sprinklers is to ensure a high level of quality customer service to our clients by ensuring that everything we do here follows our strict policies and procedures. We worked together with colleagues and customers to produce our Customer Pledge Policy, which provides a standard of customer care to which all our employees must work to. Sadly sometimes things can go wrong and on those rare occasions I aim to provide our clients with an avenue of open communication to reach a suitable outcome. I already have almost 15 years experience in customer care roles and hope that I can continue to provide an excellent service to Nationwide customers for many years to come. My 2nd role within the Company is working in a team looking after the company accounts.

 

On a personal level I love spending time with my son and husband and enjoy family holidays, both on our shores and in far away places. We are also excited about a new arrival of tiny feet due in the summer!
