Sean installed the sprinkler today so I’m just about all set.
I just wanted to say I’m really happy with the customer service I received from you all including Sean.
It’s incredible what a difference it makes. I was initially quite frustrated at the building regs for having to install the sprinkler system but from my first phone call with Ash I felt it was a manageable process and that I was in the right hands.
I’m not the best at admin or reading drawings etc so I’ve been on the phone more than expected but each time I called I came away feeling comfortable knowing how to move forward.
“Please accept and pass on my compliments to your engineers who attended today. Very professional, friendly and informative – a credit to themselves and your company.
“My loft conversion specialist and my building control officer have spent months trying to sort out how to overcome our problems and the job has been at a standstill. In the end, they asked me to look into options and I am so glad I came across your company.
In 15 minutes you have sorted out how to complete our loft conversion and I have learnt more about fire sprinklers by talking to you than all of our builders and council officers put together. Thanks for all your good advice.
John from London
