Extremely Professional

Thank you very much for completing the sprinkler system check today, especially to Kione Linnie, who was extremely professional throughout the visit.

He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and ensured we fully understood the system. His professionalism, knowledge, and helpful attitude made a real difference and gave us great confidence in the work carried out.  We are also looking forward to receiving the certificate from the visit.

I would be grateful if you could pass on my appreciation and thanks to him for his excellent service.

Excellent Support

“I want to express my gratitude to Kyra for her excellent support with our sprinkler system search. She has been incredibly patient, diligent, and thorough, carefully walking me through all the available options.

Communication was consistently prompt, which gave me the confidence to move forward with Nationwide Fire Sprinklers. Despite my frequent calls, Kyra remained professional and never showed any frustration. She answered all my questions and, when required, sought advice from consultants to ensure I received accurate information.

I’m really happy with the service provided. Thank you!”

Greatly Appreciated Service

I would like to extend a thank you to Karl, please can you pass this message on. I had to call him in an emergency to talk me though how to reset the sprinkler system as the residents didn’t have any water.

We normally book your service through Hxxxxxxxx, so this was a one-off situation and was quickly resolved due to his knowledge of our system and his competency. I just wanted to let you know that it was greatly appreciated, and we will continue to use Nationwide going forward. Thank you.
